I had chronicled Rachael making her quilt - well, it is all finished and washed two times!

I believe that she achieved the effect she was going after with the colors striped down the middle. I think they call it Streak of Sunshine. The border is what I call a TRUE piano key border. It took as long to do as the rest of the quilt put together, but it really "makes" this quilt super special!

She had fun making this quilt and grew to like to more and more as she worked with the fabrics. She is going to have a tough time giving this one away, but it is a gift, so she will.

My sis and her husband are coming to the close of their time here in Poland. Her husband has been busy working on construction in a bathroom at the church - and it's looking very nice in there!
