2019 Charity Quilts #81-90
Well, here they are!
The next 10!
Our days are getting noticeably shorter by now so I have to get on the stick earlier in the day and get pictures! Otherwise it’s too dark! I tried to go out the other day at 3:45 pm and it was too dark for good photos.
I so appreciate the person who sent me the bottom right quilt. It was fun to work on - the colors are nice and bright it is so different from the others I have been doing! I know it came from one of the people in the Facebook group - or one of Rachael’s customers at the store. I know that I appreciate it very much!
I have finished up all the binding now and am working on getting them all washed and photographed.
It is a big relief to me to get them all finished. I can only wash about 2 a day during the week, as my cheap time is only long enough for that. Then, this weekend, I hope to be able to finish up washing them as my cheap time starts at Friday night at 10 pm and goes til Monday at 6 am. I may be dedicated, but not so dedicated that I am willing to set an alarm to wake up and put some of them in the wash at night - so that means that I can only wash one per night as I happen to sleep right during the nightly cheap time.
I put these ten in the vehicle, but haven’t taken them over to the church building yet, so no picture of that. It was just hovering above freezing as I was taking these pictures, so a bit painful on the hands! :)
But it’s fine - at least it is much colder now than it was a month ago…more like it’s supposed to be in November in Poland!
It was in the afternoon when I took them to the back of the vehicle…I’ll get them over to the building after I get the next 10 photographed.
And that’s it for this week’s installment of charity quilts! Have a great day wherever you are reading this!
Be sure to check out what my sis has for you in the store!
