I don’t usually have a big party now that I’m older - so I’m up and going today - trying to get some things done that I’ve wanted to do!

Today my big goal is to make cinnamon rolls for my husband and me - for something special. Then, I want to get another top put together. I’m excited about the new year and trust that 2022 will be better than 2021.

It doesn’t seem like that long ago that we were hoping that 2021 would be better than 2020 - for sure. Little did we know - for many of us - it was harder. Many of us lost loved ones and friends.

I trust this new year will be better.

As a believer, I’m grateful to know that our God has it all under His control - and none of this has taken him by surprise.

I had something else planned for today - but then I decided that a simple “Happy New Year" 2022 might be appropriate!
