Quilted Twins

"At the Aquarium"

This quilt was finished a while ago now but I’ve never shared it.

It’s time!

I made up the pattern and it’s been on the site, but I’ve just now updated the pictures and reuploaded it.

I had it long arm quilted in Florida where I knew they could do a masterful job on it! It’s been done now for a while but I just keep forgetting about fixing the pattern and showing the pictures!

And It’s a shame - as I love how it turned out and I thought it was a rather cute idea.

I think you could adapt this idea to your own and put photos in the frames or cute landscapes or other scenes. Then you could put other words in the squares underneath the boxes. Obviously if you use various landscapes, you won’t want to put At the Aquarium at the top. However, you could use various interesting fish fabrics. I only had one.

We used water as a quilting motif and it turned out really cute!

This was actually finished and photographed before we had the nice setup in my mom’s back yard.

So, I will apologize for the lack of great photos. At the time, it was the best we could do. (I really do like outdoor photos.)

So, here is the pattern in which I just recently updated the photos.

Enjoy!

Thanks so much for coming along with me on this journey!

Have a great day wherever you are reading this!
