Quilted Twins

Mid August Quilted Hearts

Well, I did more. I’ve been doing these as I babysit the embroidery machine. Someone has to be nearby or it decides to have a thread break as soon as I leave. So, if I sit at my machine right nearby and work on the hearts, I can do both. So…here are 20 more.

Just in case you are new - these are put out with tags featuring the “I Found a Quilted Heart” website in case anyone finds them and feels like reporting.

I did add some charms to some of these from now on in my ‘making hearts’ cycle.

Once again - I used some of this beautiful lace. It was amazing. I did buy another 1 or 2 yards of it so I can make more of these.

I was trying to get better with each of these - as I tended to crowd the lace too much with the first few I made.

This one I made with scraps.

I made these because of my garden - and I had some left from my sis. This fabric is part of the Blissful Bounty line.

I was able to get those tractor buttons- aren’t they so cute?

A feminine one.

More scraps

Sparkle!

I tried to make a “shaker” on the front of this one. I used some leftover vinyl from some broken containers from when we were packing up quilts and put sequins in between the layers of vinyl. (We got some with broken zippers or torn out - so I put them aside for another use. This is the first I’ve done with them.)

This fabric is a Polish line - and I am enjoying it.

Since I now put the buttons on by machine, it definitely goes faster than when I didn’t.

How fun are the fish?

On account of the season of harvest, you will see quite a few of this fabric in the next few.

Sweet.

How fun? I glued those flat back resin veggies on there.

Those butterfly buttons are really pretty!

This fabric is some that I got a long time ago. Love it!

This print is a VIP Cranston print from a while ago now.

And here is where I put them. The weather finally gave me several days in a row where no rain was expected. I’m grateful. It allowed me to put them out without thinking that in a just a few hours it would rain.

So there you are - hope you enjoyed!

Be sure to check out what my sis has for you in the store here!

Feel free to browse the site.

Thanks once again for coming along with me on this journey!

Have a great day wherever you are reading this!
