Something Fun in Dade City! "Uptown Creamery"

This evening after our Wednesday night prayer meeting, our son, Jeremiah, and his wife, suggested we go with them to the Uptown Creamery.

So we did.

My son said the art work was commissioned by someone local! I’m happy about that!

This is an experience I’ve never had here in little ‘ole Dade City.

It’s different for this vintage Grandma.

Anyway, we had ice cream - I had a banana pudding milkshake. They offered waffle cones and ice cream in a cup as well.

Two enormous scoops!

The store makes the ice cream and the flavors can vary by the day.

It was definitely something I’ve never done before. I know. I am sheltered.

It was a fun meeting place here in our little town. I was glad to see it busy - hopping busy after 8 pm.

Because were were late at night, the atmosphere was a bit gritty - I’m sure they will clean the floors before they open tomorrow. (They close at 9 pm). But overall, it was a little taste of a pleasant meeting spot for people who just want to chat and eat very tasty ice cream.

(It was hard to take good photos since there were people everywhere until it was really time to go.)

The name of this place is Uptown Creamery, and it opens daily from 2 - 9 pm, If you are in the area, be sure to check them out!

Have a great day wherever you are reading this.

Thanks for coming along on this journey with me!

Be sure to check out what my sis has for you in the store here!
