31-40 Charity quilts 2024
Here are the next ten charity quilts that I have recently finished.
That’s the overall view, and here they are individually! The day I was taking these pictures there was a bit of wind. So getting my photos took a bit longer than if there had been no wind.
With these quilts - they are from that Big Fabric Haul in 2017 and some from Fran - the bright yellow/reds one, the blue/gray one, and the red, blue, white one, the pink ATW (around the world) one from a viewer or customer of Quilted Twins who gave me the top and I bought it over (the green one with the strips), and the other one that was donated was that brown one with the big blue borders, and then a strips one with pastel pieces which was a combo effort by Ewa/her mom and me. The first bright one was made up of 4 blocks that I found when I first bought a lady’s stash and in it were four blocks that went together. I made them into a medallion and worked it out from there.
I once again used a variety of bindings. Even that one below that looks all pink is actually made of several different pink 2.5” strips.
With this picture, I do see I have more trimming I need to do. I’ll work on that! These photos which seem to magnify things far larger than reality are wonderful to help me see the things needing further trimming.
Thank you so m uch for coming along with me on this journey!
Have a great day wherever you are reading this!
