41-50 Charity Quilts 2024

These next ten quilts are once again, a variety. Let me explain. The ones that are larger squares in two colors were made by Ewa/her mom. The brown ones were also made by Ewa’s mom, I believe. The panel quilt was by me and the medallion one was also by me. The other two were by Fran and I added the borders to make them larger.

So, these were a nice variety, however, and even though the simpler onesonly had two colors - they will be quite popular.

Plus, remember, I always put something nice on the back. That way even if the person isn’t crazy about the top, they could use the backing as the top. As I’ve mentioned before, many do this anyway.

I did continue to use a variety of scrappy bindings to help myself use up the strips I already had.

As you see these, we are starting to get colder weather, so now it is feeling like these quilts are necessary.

As I work on this blog post, I have a super soft microfiber blanket on my lap at the computer keeping me extra warm. So quilts are starting to be something that are actually useful.

Our days aren’t getting all that warm now. And it’s time. It’s November!

I’ll show you another set of four pictures of people who have received quilts in the past.

Here they are. These are from a long time ago now. :)
