Call of the Wild Panels Provide Unprecedented Animal and Nature Infusions

About two years ago now I received my very first shipment of “non discounted” product. That was the Hoffman, digitally printed Call of the Wild panels. I remember with shock and horror that $2000 fit into 3 little boxes sitting on the floor. I about fell to the earth and wept. But, I didn’t.

Instead, Becky let me write a blog post about these beauties, and we put them up, and you all came out of the woodwork and ordered them for me, helping me to get my money back plus a tiny bit more! (I had totally underpriced them, so I made virtually $0 on the whole deal, but a lot of you got some great bargains and I worked for free, but didn’t mind, since it was so beautiful!

Now, two years later, we have gone from having 8 or 9 of these beauties to 32, when they are all in stock.

Today I’m introducing 7 new Call of the Wild (COTW) panels. I’m going to just “dump you” into the COTW page instead of try to get you directly to each panel in the links.

Now, in case you don’t understand what these are, let me explain a bit.

Hoffman California Fabrics produces some of the most stunning and dramatic quilt panels that are out there. Not only that, they were among the first to produce them digitally.

The detail is amazing and my fabric sales rep, Brian Cox, from here in Florida, was incredibly patient with me, as I ordered and oohed and awed over how beautiful they were.

Since it was my first time to order off “new stock,” I had no idea how long things would take, and I pretty much ordered and forgot about them, since they weren’t shipped immediately. They came in 2 or 3 months later, and I was totally shocked with the beauty!

Now I’ve come to expect that same beauty and quality.

Consequently, I just order them all, whenever they come in. Some I love more than others.

Becky details what she did earlier this month.

Becky used a gripping COTW panel, called the White Tiger, this summer, to make our 27 year old son, a stunning queen sized quilt.

The COTW panels tend to have an animal infused with a part of the nature that surrounds their habitat.

Some, however, are just beautiful scenes. Here are some of the beautiful scenes that we have.

Some are super unusual. Some are fun. Some are popular. Some are not.

I’ll try to divide them into categories for you here.

First of all, are my new ones: I love the ones that feature the snow and the snow flurries. Perhaps that’s because we don’t have a lot of snow here in Florida! Be sure to click the far right side of the screen on the side so you can see them all.

Then, we have the large, centrally based animal. Some of these even seem a bit off proportionally, but they are amazing and the animals are just magnificent.

Then, we have the more normally “set” animals, where they aren’t quite so large, in relationship to their background.

Here we have the classic beauties without infusing the background into the animals.

And then we have the two super weird ones.. Here you go!

So, if you’ve loved these panels, take a look, come on over to our Hoffman Digital Panels page and have us send some of them your way!

We’ll be happy to do so! And I know you’ll be thrilled to get them!
