"Patriotic Promo" the whole month of February
My sis has worked hard at stocking lots of Americana - patriotic fabrics and beautiful panels!
We know that there are many people who do Quilts of Valor or Quilts of Honor, or they just make patriotic themed quilts for friends because they like them!
Here’s the deal:
If you buy $200 worth of patriotic themed fabric (at one time), you will receive a “patriotic 2.5” strips roll” FREE.
Promo ends Feb. 29, 2020.
It’s not as if my sis needs anything else to do this month - she’s pretty busy in February - but she knows that a lot of you could really use the fabric right now as your guilds are incredibly active with these quilts at this time of the year
She also wants to be your source for these things, if at all possible!
This includes - panels, backings, yardage, or fat quarter bundles. All patriotic on the site or in store is included!
Right now she has some backings in stock that are patriotic themed! Obviously stars don’t have to be used ONLY for a patriotic quilt, however.

Then she’s got a few fat quarter bundles - some people love those! You can find those here.

Her panels are the most amazing thing, though, in my opinion.
She has searched high and low in various suppliers and sources for fantastic patriotic Americana panels.

As to what to make - I will suggest that one of my own patterns would work well with your scraps and maybe some yardage for the star points (try the red star backing we have - it would be great!) Choose out your red/blue scraps for the centers of the stars with the red star points - would be inexpensive and yet look great. That way you could make two Quilts of Valor with minimal cost of the top. Don’t forget to get some white for the background!
Obviously putting together a panel quilt would always be a hit! Who wouldn’t like one?

Tell your QOV coordinator - maybe she (he?) wants to take advantage of this special promo right now. You do have til the end February for it - but we can’t guarantee that the fabric you are staring at right now will be available in three weeks, so don’t wait too long to order!

One little personal note - We come from a “nonmilitary family” meaning no one in our families (Rachael’s and Becky’s)- either side (husbands too - that I know of) is or has been involved with the military - until now - my older daughter’s husband just joined the Air Force as an officer - so now we have “US military” in the family!

Quilt panels are perfect as a base for a quilt, or if you want to cut it up for a themed quilt. If you want to make a small quilt, you could simply add borders on the sides and top and bottom out of coordinating fabrics. Becky has done that for her charity quilts many times.
