"Free patterns" from all over the 'net

I do not think I’ve ever made an extensive list of websites that offer a lot of free quilting patterns on the blog! And I mean FREE. They aren’t a trick, or you just think they are there - they are really there!

I know I’ve put them on the Facebook group as various posts, but I realized I wanted them in one place, on one post - NOT on Facebook. I can go back and add to this from time to time or take off dead links if that should happen.

Mostly it is going to be fabric manufacturing websites as they offer many - sometimes dozens - of free patterns in hope that you will use their fabrics as you make this pattern!

There are times all of us go through the doldrums and just perusing a website with free patterns is inspiring.

Before I go to these - you DO realize I have a whole bunch here on this website.

But here are the other places I’ve found that actually have a LOT of free patterns - and they are “really there”.

(There are also lots of “redirect” websites that will introduce you to a pattern and then send you on to it - in order to get ad money they are hosting pictures of these patterns before sending you hopefully to their real location!) -

Oh, and if you see one that you like and it’s free - GET IT NOW! Sometimes people take them off as free downloads and start charging. So, get it now—even if you think you might not want it now. Be sure to put them all in one folder on your computer so you can find your downloaded patterns later!
