"Red Truck Harvest"
My sis asked me to make up another one of these panel quilts - using this classic red truck with pumpkins and puppies panel! We have a lot of coordinating fabrics, so we had fun putting this one together.
As you can see - I made this and took the photo while I was still in Florida. It was so pretty and green in the background.
This panel is downright adorable! The good thing about making a fall themed quilt - you can use it from mid-Sept to mid-November! That’s about 3 months! I love that!
Here are some close ups of some of the quilting and fabrics.
We used pumpkins and leaves for the quilting for these. We had our local long arm quilters in FL do it for us - I do not know how to make pumpkins on my quilts free hand. I am sure some do - but I don’t.
Rachael is putting a kit together for this and it is here. Only $57!
If you JUST want the pattern, you can get it here. This particular version is written just for this panel which is rather big. Hint - it trims DOWN to 36.5”x43.5”. So, as you can see, it’s bigger than a typical yard panel.
I hope you have enjoyed seeing the photos of this panel quilt. It’s a simple idea - and could be easily used with most panels.
Have a great day wherever you are reading this! Thanks for coming along with me on my quilting/sewing journey!
Be sure to check out what my sis has for you in the store here!
Here’s one of the beauties we have!
