I just Finished with all the Cosmetic Bags +

The evening of the 13th the last of the cosmetic bags that I made recently finished up an on line auction for our local charity - featuring mostly local people buying - but not only.

I did end up making 54 cosmetic bags - I’ll put one photo of each one here…

I made 4 sizes - which I called xsmall, small, large and xlarge.

AND I let one of my 2” quilts go. This one. Clean Up 2

It went for 510 Polish zlotys. This is $130. I put a minimum of $100 on it (400 polish zlotys).a

So now I’m working on getting together with the people who bought these.

All together, I think it was a total of 3200 ($814) Polish zlotys that the people gave for buying this stuff which then goes to help local sick children. I believe mostly it goes towards physical therapy.

And that makes it worth it!

The weather has been so wet that I’ve not wanted to put any quilts on my line outside to take photos! :) I have a couple I could put out there plus several waiting to be bound. So I’m glad to be able to do this. :)

I put each of the cosmetic bags in a pouch bag with the name of the winner on it. I then separated them by size so they are ready to be picked up!

And now you know what I’ve been up to!
