2023 Charity Quilts #61-70

On Sunday I got some help taking twenty more quilts upstairs…including these.

These is quite a variety of designs in this group - from the Scrapbook design to simple squares, to one or more from my Big Fabric Haul using up men’s suiting material. The purple top was donated by one of you all - the readers of the blog or people in the Facebook group.

Let me show you the photos I took on Sunday. I had some guys help me again (meaning THEY took the quilts up and put them on the pile). Later I went back up and made them all the same direction.

So, the piles are starting to look nice and big. Once I get the last quilts on these piles, well, it will be very nice.

But of course, we don’t make the quilts to look at huge piles. I will admit, though, that having them all done and in a pile for a few weeks does make me feel good. Then, once I give them away, I’m fine with that as well.

Because I have these piles sitting on containers, I’m not going to attempt to do the inventory I wanted to do - but instead I’ll wait until after the Give-away- which is tentatively planned for November.
