Charity quilts #21-30 finally ready!

I am sure you have been waiting for them. I’ve started binding them. Then, once I bind them, I do wash them and let them dry, photograph and then eventually they make their way up to the room at the church where they will wait to be distributed.

I’m so relieved to be at this stage once again!

I am making the bindings pretty much all scrappy right now. I’m pulling from my 2.5” strips that I’ve already cut. Because many of those strips are short, some of these bindings are very scrappy. But that’s okay. They are fun!

So here they are. Just click the arrow to go to the next one.

These are all about 60”x80” more or less.

They are all stacked up and going in the back of the van and I’ll take them over to the building on Sunday when the church service is.

I did use scrappy bindings on all of these except the one yellow Christmas one because someone sent the binding with it! I did appreciate it!

You will be seeing groups of 10 charity quilts from now on quite regularly, Lord willing.

They may be sort of “boring” but they do represent a lot of work - both by those who made the tops AND of course, all the finishing.

Many of these tops were made by Ewa’s mom and Ewa - all those regular squares - alternating colors/blocks are theirs. In fact, pretty much all of these are theirs except for the one from one of you all - the yellow Christmas one.

So there you are!

Have a great day wherever you are reading this!

Thanks so much for coming along with me on this journey!
