Hearts again

I hope not to overload you on these hearts, but it is great to show something as I work on finishing up a lot of charity quilts. I like to show the quilts 10 at a time, so since that takes more than a day to do all that - finish, wash, dry, photograph, it will be great to have some hearts to show you.

These are some of the ones I finished just now or earlier. I have now finished the massive number that I started in August while working on the labels.

I do have a few that could use a few more decorations - but they are ones that are either Christmas or else snowmen - and since it’s about 80 F here, I’m not going to be putting those out soon. They are put away in a drawer - I want to really focus on getting out the fall-ish or harvest looking ones.

I will show these this time in a different style.

Just click on the arrow to move them along and I’ll put a little title under each one. So far I’ve not done that for the main hearts….just where I put them.

So this is where I put them - various places in Jozefow and Otwock.

I do think I’m going to work on finding another 20 nice places to put them. I’m thinking about taking some walks from my house - each day a different direction and finding places for say, 5. It would give me exercise, AND a chance to find some new places.

I have a whole bunch more to put out that I’ve finished - and for now, at least, they are in these plastic bins shown above. They really are pretty and kind of make my heart go pitter patter when I handle them. I hope they do brighten someone’s day as they find them.

Once again - I am tagging these with tags from the “I Found a Quilted Heart” website. It is found here if you are curious about the suggestions that they have for making hearts if you are going to tag them.

Thanks again for coming along with me on this journey!

Have a great day wherever you are reading this!
