"Fly by Night" - nr. 4/5
I’m working on finishing up these 5 quilts for the girls in Florida.
This is the next one. This is a beauty!
I was having a problem with the wind today.
Once again - I went scrappy with the borders and none of the quilts are just alike in their borders and coloration. That is on purpose, so the girls can tell them apart easily.
A little closer up of the borders.
The wind again.
Here are the first four in this series of quilts ready to go to their new homes/owners.

And so ends the fourth one. I really like this one! But then I’ve said that with all of them so far, I think! :)
The time is drawing closer to my trip. I have finished all five of these quilts so that’s a good thing.
The last one (#5) should be featured next week. In the end, I’d like to share a picture when the girls all get them. I’m not sure how that will work out - as I surely don’t want to have tears over one that is perceived as prettier than the others! (This is my biggest fear though I think they are equally beautiful - sometimes kids don’t think the same way.) I’ll have to discuss this with their moms. I may have to get them separately by families.
Thanks so much for coming along with me on this journey!
Have a great day wherever you are reading!
