I'm Flying Today

I’m on my way to the USA today. I should be well on my way as you read this. I will arrive back in Florida in the early evening, Lord willing.

I have a couple of suitcases and a carry on - and I will be bringing some quilts and some the Shop Hop. necessaries.

Obviously, I have the 5 Fly by Night quilts and a couple more. I sure hope they don’t lose my suitcases!

As I have known about this trip a little bit ahead of time so I’ve been working hard on blog posts. I’ve also focused on finishing up a bunch of quilts, writing up patterns and then getting the blog posts written.

I will write some while I’m in the states, but I do not have the focus I have over there as I do over here. I do not know why - but I don’t.

I’m also quite tired while in the USA. I’m not used to being on my feet as much as the ladies are over in the shop since I sew while sitting. That’s just funny because everyone here thinks I’m on vacation while I’m in the states.

As a result, over the next few weeks you will see photos of quilts hanging on our line in Poland while I’m obviously in the states. You will know that I wrote it ahead of time!

I do hope to help with the Shop Hop madness that happens in March, anyway, and get to see our second son, Tim, ordained in mid March.

So…just pray for me today as I travel.
