Welcome Back, Becky!

Today, we’re going to have a special event: WELCOME BACK, BECKY!

We were having a hard time getting past Christmas, what with Becky not getting in until late, late Tuesday night, then Wednesday being Christmas Eve, and then Christmas Day.

We finally had time to think about Saturday on Friday! So, we decided to have a special Welcome Back, Becky day! (Becky came back to go to her youngest daughter’s wedding in January.)

We had each spent time with our own respective grown up kids, and so we were surprised to see that each other had gotten up and dressed in the same red top! TWINNING without even talking about it!

So, the event starts at 9 a.m. and goes until 3 p.m.

We have several offers that we’re going to incorporate into this very special, albeit, late planned day!

First of all, we found out that we still have a couple hundred GEO CHIC Bag kits that we included in last year’s SHOP HOP bags as gifts! So, it’s time to move the rest of them on out!

These pictures are the ones that we took back in May, when we did this the first time.

Anyway, with every $40 purchased, you can pick out one GEO CHIC Bag Kit. Becky will be “manning” (womaning?) the table outside. Just take your receipt to her to get your free kit! You can get as many free kits as you get, with 1 free for every $40. So if you spent $400, you get 10 free kits!

Becky wrote the pattern and has given us all lots of extra directions on the website, along with lots of pictures, to make these adorably cute bags!

Secondly, we decide to pull out more of our 3 yard backings for just $39, as we had put most of them away when we went to MICHIGAN for the AQS show in August. So, Becky has prepared a table of goodies for you!


Thirdly, we will be winding up the sale of the Batik Backings, both the 2 yard and the 3 yard ones soon. So, come and get those while supplies last. We will be removing them off the web site and saving the rest for the shows that we do!

Fourthly, I have located some amazingly priced 6 yard 45” wide solid pieces (shown below). These are perfect for those of you who do charity quilting. I have no idea what name brand they are, but they all feel just fine for quilting. They will be just $24 for those who walk out the door with them. If we have to ship them, they go to $30 for all 6 yards. We will sell the leftoevers over the weekend online, if anyone wants them and/or if there any left!

Fifthly, we are about to shut off the $2 Christmas Fat Quarters. So, you can still choose from those to make up amazing collections. Those will be going away after Tuesday’s store closes.
