"Patriotic Bargello" Finished
I was able to finish this quilt - and yes, I really like it!
This is the finished quilt from the top I showed a couple of weeks ago!
The pattern is from Donna Jordan over at Jordan Fabrics with a little adjustments. I did use 9 fabrics on this one. I was aiming for about 60”x80” but it ended up being 65”xmaybe 85” or so.
Close ups! I did use 3 neturals - starting with a bright white, then creamy white and then tan, two reds, and 4 blues. I used the bargello principle of arranging dark to light or light to dark.
The quilt roll!
I made this one to fit the specs for QOV - (Quilts of Valor) and I’m hoping to get it to the states to be used in that effort if anyone is collecting them.
I am writing this before heading to the states, so I am hoping I can fit it in the suitcase. But if not this time, some other time, or I will look around for some located here in Europe.
Be sure to check out what my sis has for you in the store here!
