Does Quilted Twins have "Low Volume" fabric?

Yes, indeed, Quilted Twins has Low volume fabric.

“What is LOW VOLUME fabric?” you ask.

Glad you asked.

It’s quiet fabric. It’s fabric that has a design in the background usually on a neutral of some sort, and the design is understated. Usually.

It usually means the design is a bit spread out and not very densely printed. It also usually means the color on the design doesn’t overtake the background. It’s all very quiet. That’s why it’s called low volume.

The EXACT line of where it changes from low volume to something else has yet to be determined! :)

LOL

I did ask Rachael to send me a video of her low volume section. Here is her short video. Thanks, Rachael!

While I’ve not used that many of our own low volume fabrics, I have made some quilts using some low volume and mid volume fabrics. Let me share those with you here.

I used lower volume fabrics in these quilts - in the background.

Some of mine are pretty busy low volume but you get the idea. Some calicoes might be considered such, as well as things like geometrics such as colorful dots on a white, etc.

You can use these fabrics in many places! Don’t be afraid to add that pizzazz to your backgrounds!

You can look for these fabrics on our website by typing into the search feature “LV—”. Then having fun looking!

Anyway, thanks so much for coming along with us on this journey.

Have a great day wherever you are reading this!
