"All In" - number #14 in my 2.5" series

I finally finished this one completely.

I am thrilled with it because of the red running. That is the biggest problem with this one. I believe I used color catchers but obviously not enough. Also with our front loaders, they use less water and as a result, they kind of bleed a bit more easily. Anyway..If I do get inspired, I can try to wash this one again and again or soak it in the tub and see if I can get that color to disappear as I have not dried it. It has just been air dried.

I’m going to be hard on myself, but I think with a few changes, it could have been far more effective. For example, if I had mad the low volume even calmer - it would have been better.

But I’ll be quiet now and share the photos.

The quilt is made up of a checkerboard block and then a block with so called “low volume” prints in it - though mine were a bit on the “chatterbox/loud whisper” side.

This quilt is not a quick and easy one. It is on point with cornerstones and sashing, so that takes a while!

Here’s the quilt roll:

The pattern is here. I’m sure someone can do this one more effectively than I did.

Also, the 2.5” series to date is shown below.

This quilt ended up being about 89”x101”.
