Hernando County Quilter's Guild Quilt Show - we were there!

The Quilted Twins participated in the Hernando County quilt show held last weekend.

Of course we had to go the day before it opened in order to set up. That also gave us the chance to see the organizers set up the show as well! It certainly does NOT look like fun!

But it interesting to see it go up! We were just glad we didn’t have to hang all those quilts!

But we were there to set our own place up - this is how it looked at first!

And that area became our display!

They gave us quite a bit of space!

But it didn’t stay like that for long.

Ken and Rachael got busy and transformed it to look like this before long! They had to hurry as they needed to be back in Dade City for the store opening at 12:30 pm.

Friday came and the people arrived!

We got to see many of our regular shoppers!

There were other dealers and things going on as well! Of course! This was a quilt show!

This is especially for those of you who haven’t been to one of these before. They have various activities and things to try to win or buy.

This dealer made it seem just like a fabric shop in there!

But let’s face it - why do we all go to a quilt show?

To see the quilts of course!

Here they are - all in a gallery for you.

Just click the arrow when you are ready to go on to the next one. I’m not making them go automatically.

Enjoy!

I hope you’ve enjoyed our visit to the quilt show!

Maybe next time you can see it in person!

Be sure to check out what my sis has for you in the store!
