"Diffusion" - finished!
This one had been a top lying in my cupboard for a couple of years as I made it in 2017.
It’s another one of those upcycleds in fall colors - I had gone on a tear a couple of years ago and made several tops. Then, last year I skipped it all and focused on blue. Now I’m back to trying to finish up those and make a couple more fall colored quilt tops.
This one is made up of 3” little 9 patches with different shades of white, off white, cream, beige and tan as the background.
The 9 patches are all made from fall colored upcycleds -
I quilted it pretty tightly with a circular motion - on my Janome 8900.
For whatever reason, it was fun to do!
I still do have a lot of fabrics in these colors but obviously less than I used to - but here you can see the variety of colors I put into this quilt!
I did update the pattern and it is here.
I was really just playing around with an idea -
Here’s the backing: I’ve been trying to remember to take pictures of the upcycled quilt backs.
One of the last beautiful days of fall that was more like summer weather!
it was a bit windy, however!
And last, the quilt roll!
Have a great day wherever you are reading this!
Be sure to check out what my sis has for you in the store!
Colors may vary slightly from what is portrayed. Screens vary as well as our eyes sometimes see things differently, but we've made every attempt to have the color be accurately portrayed.
