"Traffic Jam" completed

I was able to finish up the Traffic Jam quilt. I showed the top a while ago now.

It’s a fun little quilt that didn’t take long to make.

I struggled a bit with the wind that day, but really had wanted to get the pictures done!

I just quilted it as echo quilting - just to the side of the lines of the quit. Very simple. Classy.

I had wanted to do this one in brights because our winters in Poland are often quite dull and drab. I thought a bright quilt would help myself “brighten up” the winter!

This one is a free pattern and was designed by Pat Sloan and can be found here.

I dug through my scraps that were sitting around the sewing room and just chose these really bright ones out to use.

We’ve had a fair number of sunny days this past fall/winter. There were some years when we first came here that I thought we’d never see the sun! But this year we’ve often had sunny winter days - so it’s been a nice change to me!

As usual, I do like to show the quilt roll!

And while this hasn’t been my pattern, it’s definitely my quilt! You could make one too if you wanted. It’s a quick and easy pattern!

I hope you’ve enjoyed taking this quick trip along with me as I’ve looked at the finished pictures!

Have a great day wherever you are reading this!

Be sure to check out what my sis has for you in the store!
