We DID get snow...for real!
I took these out my balcony door - from our upstairs bedroom! Love the shadows the sun puts on the snow!
Those were taken Sunday.
Then Monday I was able to get these out my sewing room window - which is also upstairs - but I have a pine tree whose branches are quite close to my window!
Here is the overall view out my window - this is the view when I quilt. It could be better. It certainly could be worse!!
We’re expecting a thaw in the next couple of days and then this weekend, more snow again (and freezing weather). I guess there’s a reason I don’t know when to take pics of my current finished quilts!
Right now it’s so cold, I really don’t want to go hang them out (18F). I told you, I’ve become a complete wimp when it comes to cold and snow! I didn’t start out as an expert and as I’ve gotten older, I certainly understand better why seniors flee to the sun of Florida and Arizona to stay warm!
Anyway….that’s the latest on our weather! At least winter has truly come to Poland this year!
