“Blissful Bounty” - top finished

This quilt top is made from a bundle pack that Rachael has on the site.

Because it is going to be a quilt kit - probably - I won’t share the pattern with you - that is, all the numbers and details.

However, it is pretty simple, and I won’t think anything bad about you if you just make one like it from the photo. (I did add a green blender and a white on white to the bundle pack.)

(There are those who say that you shouldn’t do that - but it is my opinion if a design is so simple that you can figure it out without a pattern, then that’s fine - go ahead.)

I’ll send this finished top with my daughter, Lydia, to go back to the states and eventually it will make its way to FL where Rachael can get it quilted. Then she can hang it in the store.

The bundle this is made from is here. There was a bit left over - and I have cut it all into 3.5” squares. I’m going to make a simple little throw quilt with the leftovers by simply alternating squares and white sashing. Once again - because these really nice fabrics are interesting- I didn’t want to cut them any smaller than I needed to.

So there you go. I really struggled with what to make from this bundle - as the bundle is kind of small (6 pieces plus a panel). However, - in spite of simplicity, I decided to “just do it”. I loved the fabric and wanted to work with it and not put it off any longer. I had brought it back with me last August when I returned to Poland. Since it is the season for gardening - I just wanted to work with the fabric “during the gardening season”.

Thanks again for coming along with me on this journey!
