More patches for Edek
I wanted to share these two groups of patches I received for Edek which I’ve not shared yet.
Here is the first one - from the Michael and Tootsie Shelton in Palmer, Alaska!
And here is the second group - from Pam Aslem from Euless, Texas!
Thank you so much everyone for helping us with Edek’s dream of a patch from the states. I’m so grateful for your help. I think that we’ve met our goal and so unless there is another one in the works, I’m really not looking for any more from you all. You’ve been wonderful but I think we can put a check mark by that goal and move on!
Thank you once again.
The back story of this is that Edek is a volunteer who has helped with the local volunteer fire department and was actively helping with Ukraine relief (and probably still is). I met him at our local place and we began talking. He said his dream was to have a patch from the states - USA. I asked you all and several of you have come forth with patches from various places around the states! I do appreciate it immensely and so does Edek.
I will do my best to get these to him within the next few days.
Thank you again!
Oh…and I have had some time to get back to sewing….yeah! It’s coming! Baby steps. I told my husband I needed to get back in shape to sew for a few hours at a time anymore! (Baseball games help!)
Be sure to check out what my sis has for you in the store here!
Here’s a good one for those of you who love the woods or want to make something for that woods lover.
