Found - Bag Maker on You Tube!

I came across this man from South Korea on You Tube a couple of weeks ago. There are times I feel really stupid about this as he’s been around a while.

This person’s name is Don Kim.

If you’ve made at least a basic bag or two before you can follow this guy’s videos. He doesn’t talk on these videos, so you have to watch them - not just listen.

He does a LOT of work with upcycled fabrics. As I watch him, I think how pretty these things would be with some of the fabrics Rachael has in her store. I’m going to link a couple of these very interesting bags here.

You can make these from the instructions he shows here, but you’d have to take notes to get the sizes - which he does give.

This one features some piecing that is commonly called Seminole piecing and the second one is made up of Coins.

These two are very interesting - I know you will like them! Both are made with patchwork piecing.

I know this may seem like a crazy blog post for me, but this guy’s bags are so cute. He gives the dimensions - you CAN make them!

I have some I’d like to make - using some beautiful fabrics from the store!

Enjoy! I hope I’ve introduced you to a new source of inspiration! I know I have!

Have a great day wherever you are reading this!
