On Saturday at the shop in Dade City, there will be a man who will be in person and sharpening scissors/shears while you are shopping!

This is Fred Paltcs and when he comes to the shop, he is always quite busy!

He sharpens:

fabric scissors
school scissors
kitchen/household/hair cutting scissors
kitchen knives
pocket knives
rotary cutters
garden cutting tools
pinking shears

These are the prices that they have. These are not our prices - we simply provide him with a place to work. This is being done to help out our customers who often have dull scissors. We all know how unsafe dull scissors are (and frustrating)!

He will be down in the Sewin’ Shop working away so you can spend time peacefully shopping while he works on your equipment!

Sounds like a good deal to me!

So, be sure to come - We open at 9:30 on Saturday mornings - and we are open til 3:30 pm. He’s only in on this one day - so be sure to plan around this event!
