Ten More Charity Tops Finished!

I have finished yet another group of charity tops. I’m finally feeling some progress, yet I still have more than 2 bags of the tops that I’ve cut the borders for still to finish up. Once I get these ones all finished, I may just not worry about doing more til quite a bit later in the year as I have plenty of tops ready to go now.

I am starting to try to get one charity quilt a day quilted. Here’s one of the latest ones I’ve quilted.

I’m really enjoying those blue clips. So far I’m impressed! Seriously!

Here are the ones I have managed to finish lately. This particular group are all centers from Fran in AZ. With the additional borders they change from being a baby size to a European single.

Here they are in the bag - ready to head to the church - but I’ll wait til the bag is actually full.

These are all small tops so a nice change from all those large ones I was doing. I still have one more bag of big tops to add the borders to (in my sewing room). I’m glad to get it that close to being done. I know when I get down to under 10, I may just do that and not much else for a few days. I can’t seem to do more than 2, though, a day, before I just get really bored with it. That’s why, normally, I’ve been encouraging myself to do 2. Usually I can attack a new day with enthusiasm again. (They are really boring things to do.)

I was playing around with photocollage.com and found this layout.

Thanks so much for coming along with me on this journey.

Have a great day wherever you are reading.
