October 2023 Monthly Class Report for Quilted Twins

Each month Quilted Twins hosts classes down in the classroom.

We are going to start showing you all who is doing what, so you can remember that we’re doing it, and possibly even come and join us for a class or two!

So here goes - the classes that we had in October and pics of those who attended.

Introduction to Quilting

Sandi Schemp has been teaching Beginning Quilting. It’s a 6 week class and finished up in October. Diane and Susanna did beautiful jobs with their quilts, and learned to make 12 different blocks, how to sash their blocks, and quilt their quilts on their domestic machines. It’s a 6 week course!

This class will give you a basic foundation for making quilts - and from here you can go on to more complicated things! Totally fun!

Simple Elegant Tee

Debra Toole taught the Simple Elegant Tee Top - a Basic Clothing Construction Class two two students shown above. They did a beautiful job on their projects.

Julie Harris fills the classroom as often as she can with her students eagerly learning many things, but the most popular in October and November has and will be the amazing Tidy Tote organizer bag. This project is a multi-Day project and they do come out amazingly!

These ladies have so much fun making bags and other things.

Be sure to explore the possibilities. If you are looking for something that isn’t here and are interested in a class, be sure to ask us about a class. If a couple of you are interested, we can probably arrange one.

We will be trying to feature our classes once a month or so here - so you can see what we offered and see what’s happening in the classroom!

Have a great day wherever you are reading this!

Thanks so much for coming along with us on this journey!
