Thinking About Vacations

Rachael and Ken just went on a week long vacation to North Carolina. They spent some time relaxing (!!! yes!!!) and enjoying time with friends -

As Rachael was sharing with me about what they were doing and sending my photos, I thought of all the fabrics we have that remind me of those things. First I will show the photo - and then the fabrics we have. Obviously I can’t actually share ALL of our fabrics that remind me of these things - but I’ll give you a good selection!

They were in the Lake Waccamaw area of NC - so here are some of those pictures.

In the area, there were many houses surrounding the lake - all very nice and busy because it was the July 4th week!

And the fabrics…

Then, they saw some nature!

An alligator swimming down the canal!

Then, this heron and the turtles!

They saw lots of sand and shells, of course!

In other places they saw some art - some religious art and Thomas Kinkade.

We have a couple of stained glass panels and of course, quite a few Bible-themed panels.

While they were there, they were able to have some fun. Here are some of the activities that they did.

It sure looked a nice chance to get away!

All through a vacation, once you have been in this industry, it is hard to not think about amazing fabrics we have that remind one of that activity.

I’m so glad Rachael and Ken were able to get away and relax a bit!

Thanks so much for coming along with me (us - on this blog post!) on this journey!

Have a great day wherever you are reading this!
