Our Birthday Week Bash!

We are having a birthday week celebration….

Here’s the beautiful graphic we created! But there’s oh so much more to this than meets the eye!

We are thrilled to still be running Quilted Twins, 8 years after we opened to the public in Feb. of 2018! You have no idea how much we have thoroughly enjoyed this.

So, we found a few things that we’d like to share with you. Now, normally, people receive gifts on their birthdays, but for this year, Becky and I wanted to share with you, as we’re just ever so grateful that you’ve been with us for so long and helped us to grow - grow - grow!

So, our Birthday Bash is Multi-Faceted!

It started late on Saturday night with the number one thing we’re going to be known for — and that is giving away some panels!

FREE PANELS

For every $40 you spend, not including shipping, you’re going to get a free panel of our choosing from a pre-selected pile that Ken is cutting, even as I’m writing this post. You all know that we have a zillion panels!

No requests. No choices, unless you walk in the door. If you hate it, cut it into strips. Surely it’d make a great binding for something!

DIGITAL QUILT TOPS

Now we realize we just had these available for you a bit ago, but we know that a lot of you missed them or just realized what amazing things these were. So, though I know we’ll never go to $18 again, like we did at the 40% off, $20 isn’t far above that. So, we put them at $20 for you, so you can get busy practicing your quilting and making fabulous quilts quickly.

Steve Ellwood brought his in that he added a bit to, and quickly made a stunning quilt. His words, “Rachael, the pictures don’t do them justice.” I told him, “I keep saying that, but my life is too short to find the person who took the original pictures and ask them to give me good ones, so I just ask you to trust me, when I say, ‘the pictures don’t do these quilt tops justice.’ “

FAT QUARTERS

Now, this is perhaps the most FUN part of this Birthday Bash! We create new fat quarters daily. Ken cranks them out en masse, and is amazed at how many we sell at $3.50, but I thought that we could dig around and find some piles and trays and assortments that some of you have never seen, and put them at $2.50 each or if you buy 5 or more, you can get them for $10 for the set.

Since you (onliners) can’t come in to see what we’ve got, we decided to make up categories for you, so we’ll let our team pull them to put into your orders! I figured that’d be fun for us all! If you can come into the store on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday (or other times by appointment only), then you can make up your own. I found some quickly and snapped a few pictures so you could see SOME of what we’re working with! There’s more!

Lots more! We’re including everything we have in the store that’s an individual fat quarter. Our pre-selected bundles that are bound with string or tied up, are NOT included in the $2 price! Get them here. I’m going to add more in as the week progresses. So, check back often

BARBIE FELT PANEL

I don’t think that any of us realize quite how much fun these panels are! They encourage group play! If your family doesn’t have one, you really should get one. They are easy to put together and really don’t require more than some glue and some felt or flannel and a good pair of scissors. You can sew it if you want but you don’t need to. We marked these down to just $20.


SELVEDGES

Talk about a steal. These normally would cost you about $40 if you paid for this fabric by the yard, since there’s a pound, and that’s like 3 or 4 yards of fabric, which means, really maybe even as high as $60, if it’s $15/yard fabric, as some stores charge…

We marked these amazing selvedges down to just $10 for this week.
