21-30 Charity Quilts 2024

So here are the next 10. I know I’m hitting you wtih all of them at once, but naturally they didn’t just get made in the last 2 days…they have been quite some time in coming.

I will say most of these are a cooperative effort. For example the ones that look like Around the World or the Streak of Sunshine pattern, I got the centers from Fran from AZ, USA. I then went on a search in my stash for fabrics that coordinated in order to make them big enough to fit the needs I have.

Then, the strips one - Ewa made those rolls of strips (or her mom) and I added the long strips between them and made them into a quilt that makes sense to me.

The simple larger squares are by Ewa’s mom/Ewa.

The Big Fabric Haul brown ones are probably from Ewa’s mom. At some point I had made some, but I think these were made by her. One of the crazy ones was made by Ewa,and the striped crazy one was, but the one that was cut into squares was by me as I received a lot of improv piecing but since it wasn’t square and sometimes bumpy and humpy, I cut the pieces into large squares and then sewed those squares together.

You can see the variety of binding I used on this top one - both black and yellow. I suppose whoever chooses this one will spend some time checking out the binding!

Thank you so much for coming along with me on this journey!

Have a great day wherever you are reading this!

And here are some pictures from a give-away from a different year. These photos keep me making quilts.
