2026 Charity quilts #41-50
Here are the next 10! Yeah! Marching on with the goal for this year.
Finally feeling like I’m making progress. Somehow 50/120 seems like ever so much more than 30/120!
The following charity quilts were a combination of ones made by me and by some of you. That one brown one with extensive sashings and cornerstones was an early one from the Big Fabric Haul fabrics. (Also here is more info about that trip.) loved it, and hadn’t wanted to finish it because it just deserved to go to someone special! Plus, it was a tad bit too big and I had to make up a special backing for it.
Looking at this makes me remember why I’m feeling a bit tired.
And here is the beautiful stack. I find it personally satisfying as I wash the quilts and then dry/photograph when I get them to the point where they can be stacked. When I get 10 all piled up, it feels so great! I guyess it might sound funny to some of you but these little things keep me motivated.
Thanks so much for coming along with me on this journey.
Have a great day wherever you are reading this.
