"Millie's Dresses" finished

I was so happy to see this quilt and really liked it the moment I saw it.

Rachael has the pattern (Millie’s Dresses) and I was able to get one. You can get yours here!

I did not have the fabrics that were shown in the pattern - instead, I just used various fabrics I had that were all Lori Holt fabrics.

We do have several in the store - you can check them out here.

Once again, this quilt is not a large one - but it’s another lap size quilt in my Lori Holt series! When for years I’ve made so many queen size quilts these small ones go together relatively quickly!

Once again, I really enjoyed making this quilt. It’s not a large one - but so fun! I really liked making up the dresses from all my different Lori Holt fabrics. I just chose fabrics for the main dress and then coordinating fabrics for the collar and belt. I enjoyed doing this!

Here’s the quilt roll!

I still have a few more of these Lori Holt quilt tops to get quilted, but I’m making progess on the tops I’ve made.

I am itching to get making more, but really wanted to get caught up with the tops I have made because most of them are really exciting to me!

I have several more Lori Holt quilts and patterns started - but have put a hold on them until I get caught back up on quilting all of these.

Well, maybe not a complete “halt” but a change of focus for a few weeks! I still am piecing a bit, but after quilting for from 1 to 3 hours in the morning, stopping to make dinner and then doing something else, I am not always full of energy to start a new project in the later afternoon.

I know some of you actually do most of your sewing in the evening, but I don’t. I usually stop by 6 or 7 pm if I am really interested or involved in something.

Here is my personal Lori Holt series so far!

Thank you so much for coming along with me!

Have a great day wherever you are reading this!
