Round 7 - 2025 Mystery Quilt - Edyta Sitar - “Tennessee” progressI

I did get the next round attached to the center - and it was nice. I am so happy with this top at this point.

Here are the blocks -

It is just getting better and better, and I’m enjoying just looking at it!

The fabric is amazing - feels so soft and absolutely wonderful to work with (a Moda fabric we carry - links will be at the end).

This is where I am at this point. For this clue, I had to work on making chain blocks, which tend to be my ultimate favorite type of blocks to make.

I’ve done this kind of look before - often, in fact, and I find it easy to do. Obviously since I had waited to know what the mystery was going to be, I could plan it to optimize the look I wanted.

The next clue is a round of house blocks, but they only have the shape of a house block. At the point of this post, I’ve chosen the fabrics and am working on cutting them out.

This mystery was from Edyta Sitar’s 2025 and while I’ve linked to the blog posts before, let me share this with you - and it is still available as a freebie. So, if you like this, you can go and get the clues now.

I’ve apparently almost used up all of the cream of this particular design - which is a cream on cream. I do have another one and I can use the other cream on cream design for the rest of the quilt as needed.

I am going to have a lot of extra fabric as I have the whole line. I will be looking for more quilts to make from this line as it is so pretty! I want to use - and we all seem to like it!

This fabric is Foraged, Found, and Hand Me Down from Stephanie Slewinski from Moda. It’s so pretty. We have the whole line and the packs that Rachael has put together are here. Let me recommend the light one and a dark pack if you want to use it and want to not spend the money for the whole line. The light fabric with the designs in it - are simply stunning. Just beautiful.

I have not attempted to use all the fabrics. Not at all. I’m using quite a few different ones, but not every single skew.

But if you are interested in getting this very same fabric I’m using - we still have it and it is here!

Thanks so much for coming along with me on this journey!

Have a great day wherever you are reading this!
